What's Included in Our Full-Service Maintenance Program?
Our Full-Service Maintenance Program is built around the essential services your landscape needs throughout the year. Each category plays an important role in keeping your property healthy, attractive, and professionally maintained. Here's what you can expect when you enroll:
- Irrigation Services: A properly functioning irrigation system is essential to maintaining a healthy landscape. Your program includes irrigation system turn-on, an annual irrigation inspection, and winterization to help keep your system operating properly throughout the year.
- Horticultural Services: This portion of the program focuses on maintaining the health and appearance of your landscape beds and ornamental plants. Services include landscape gardening (minimum of 14 visits annually), shrub pruning (minimum of 2 visits annually), two landscape bed pre-emergent applications, mulch installation, bed edge redefinition, fall perennial cutback, dormant pruning, spring cleanup, and fall cleanup. Some services may be adjusted for properties without landscape beds, perennials, or similar plantings.
- Tree & Shrub Care: To help your ornamental trees and shrubs remain healthy throughout the year, this portion of the program includes four ornamental plant health applications and one fall ornamental fertilization treatment.
- Winter Landscape Visit: Your property doesn't get overlooked during the winter months. The program includes a January landscape visit for general landscape cleanup.
Optional Services Available Through Our Full-Service Maintenance Program
While our Full-Service Maintenance Program includes the core services needed to maintain a healthy, attractive landscape, you also have the option to add services based on your property's specific needs. Whether you're looking for a healthier lawn, a fully managed mowing schedule, or seasonal landscape updates, these optional services allow you to further customize your maintenance program while keeping all of your landscape care with one trusted team.
- Turf Care: Our turf care program helps promote a healthier, greener lawn through seven scheduled fertilizer and weed control applications throughout the year. These treatments provide your grass with essential nutrients while helping prevent and eliminate common weeds to keep your lawn looking its best.
- Lawn Mowing: Homeowners who want a fully managed lawn care program can add mowing to it, which includes approximately 32 mowing visits annually. Each visit also includes string-trimming, edging, and blowing debris off hard surfaces to keep your property looking neat and manicured. While mowing is optional for many properties, it may be recommended or required for landscapes with minimal planting beds, ornamental landscaping, or other horticultural features to ensure the property receives an appropriate level of ongoing maintenance.
- Landscape Enhancements: Additional enhancement services are available throughout the year to refresh and improve your landscape as your needs change. Available options include fall lawn renovation, seasonal color installations, and other landscape improvements and enhancements that can help keep your property looking fresh and inviting.
Who Is Eligible for Our Full-Service Maintenance Program?
Our Full-Service Maintenance Program is available to homeowners who have completed a design and build project with us, as well as select new maintenance clients whose properties are a good fit for our full-service approach.
Because irrigation plays an important role in maintaining a healthy landscape, all properties enrolled in the program must have an existing irrigation system or have one installed before maintenance services begin. Additionally, all maintenance agreements automatically renew each year to provide uninterrupted service and ensure your landscape continues receiving consistent, year-round care.
