Sean Baxter, President, Landscape Design/Project Manager, has over 18 years green industry experience. He has worked in and managed all facets of the business since its inception. He is a Landscape Industry Certified Technician with the National Association of Landscape Professionals. He is a Kansas and Missouri certified pesticide applicator. Sean has a passion for turning his client’s design ideas into reality and conceptualizing their vision while building long term relationships. At home, he loves to run, garden and play with his kids.

Erin Baxter, Business Manager, has a Bachelor Degree in Business Communications from Ottawa University. She left the Business Reference Department at the Johnson County Library in 2006, after eight years of research/reference experience, to partner with Sean at Lawn & Landscape Solutions. She and Sean have been married for over a decade and share four amazingly cool kids together. Erin loves to read, practice minimalism, ride her Peloton and go glamping every chance she gets!     

Haley Niccum, Office Manager/Controller, studied accounting at Wichita State University and has 8 years of accounting experience. She enjoys learning new things about the landscape industry and is dedicated to making daily office operations at L&LS run as smoothly as possible. When she isn’t in the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 kids. Haley is a valued member of our team!

Jamie Gorkow, Landscape Design/ Project Manager, has a Bachelor of Science in Horticulture and Landscape Design Studies from Iowa State University. He is a Landscape Industry Certified Technician with the National Association of Landscape Professionals. Jamie’s extensive landscape and design experience help him create innovative, creative ways to improve our client’s landscapes. At home, he loves boating, sporting events and spending time with family and friends in Colorado.

Kendell Lolley, Landscape Design/Sales, Kendell has been in the Horticultural industry for over a decade and has received a Bachelor’s Degree in Horticulture from Kansas State University. Kendell has also completed a 3-year residency at the Willow Lake Student Organic Farm. She loves creating sustainable outdoor living spaces that bring joy, contentment, and beauty. She takes special consideration to ensure proper placements for optimal health, beauty and function. She likes to hike with her dog, work in her garden/farm, and enjoys learning to play the violin.

Mark Reese, Client Relations Manager, Mark began working in the Landscape Industry in 2006. In 2009 he worked as an Irrigation technician for eight years. In 2017, Mark transitioned into sales working as a Landscape Sales Representative. He began working at Lawn & Landscape Solutions in July of 2020 to maintain and grow clientele. Mark married his wife Kate in 2012, they have two kids Riley (5), Hudson (3) and Baby #3 is due in April 2021. He enjoys boating and traveling with his family in the summer, while still finding time to get a few rounds of golf in and working in the lawn.

Quintin King, D&B Division Manager, Quintin started mowing lawns at Lawn and Landscape Solutions in 2012 after getting out of the Navy. He was the Turf Department Manager from 2015-2018. He received a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from the University of Kansas. Now, as the Production Coordinator, he enjoys the challenge of controlling the day to day operations of our Landscape Department! Quintin likes to BBQ, spend time with his family and go to Chiefs and Royals games in his spare time!

Faith Wagner, Client Services Coordinator, Faith started working at Lawn and Landscape Solutions in 2019 in the Maintenance Department. She began her career in the landscape and gardening industry in 1998. She’s worked in multiple plant nurseries as well as worked on commercial and residential properties for maintenance and landscaping. Before moving to the Kansas City area she worked as a private landscaper and gardener in Iowa. During her free time she enjoys playing in her garden, hiking, camping, reading, and spending time with her family.
